It is a practice of 8 providers with 4 clinic office locations in Fayetteville, Elizabethtown, Dunn, and Lillington, NC. We are recruiting for an Electrophysiology Advanced Practice Provider to join our expanding Electrophysiology program. The qualified candidate must be committed to compassionate, high-quality, community-based healthcare and building long-term relationships with patients, family members, and staff based on trust.  Electrophysiology or Cardiology experience is preferred.

      This position is full-time, 5 days per week. Clinic office hours are 7:30 am- 5:00 pm Monday – Friday. Our providers work in a well-supported office and hospital environment to provide preventive, acute, and chronic care to patients over the age of 18. Our APPs usually see 18 - 20 patients per day in a combination of new and established patient visits. Weekdays will consist of office clinic and inpatient services. Occasional weekend call at CFV Main Hospital may be assigned based on staffing needs.  The call will consist of inpatient coverage performed between the hours of 7:00am-7:00pm Saturday and Sunday with an assigned Electrophysiologist from the group

Our Labor & Delivery service averages approximately 4,000 deliveries annually, including a large referral base for high-risk pregnancies.
      NICU Information
      Our Level III NICU is a dedicated 44-bed unit, including 21 intensive care beds and an adjoining 23-bed intermediate care unit. The unit serves as a regional referral center for high-risk neonatal care, providing comprehensive management of premature and critically ill newborns.
      We provide 24-hour coverage for high-risk deliveries and staff a dedicated neonatal ground transport team serving seven surrounding counties, with transport to tertiary centers when a higher level of care is required.
      The treatment team consists of five board-certified Neonatologists, eleven certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioners, neonatal nurses, respiratory therapists, and additional support staff working collaboratively to provide exceptional care for newborns ranging from 23 weeks gestation through post-term, including those with complex medical needs.
      Staffing Model
      Each shift is supported by a collaborative team structure that includes:
      • Two Neonatologists (attending physician and back-up physician
      • Two Neonatal Nurse Practitioners
      • Day shift coverage: 7:30 AM – 8:30 PM
      • Night shift coverage: 8:00 PM – 8:30 AM
      Position Highlights
      • Position primarily supports night shift coverage, with occasional day shifts depending on staffing needs
      • Structured orientation and intensive training program (3–12 months) tailored to experience level
      • Flexible scheduling model with a total annual commitment of 144 shifts, including clinical coverage, education days, and administrative time as scheduling permits

      • Graduate of an accredited Neonatal Nurse Practitioner program

      Cape Fear Valley Pediatric Emergency has approximately 40,000 visits per year and has seen substantial growth since opening over 10 years ago. They have 17 private-rooms to support the sustained growth. The Children's Emergency Department serves as the pediatric base for the county EMS system and provides trauma services to the area.

It is a practice with 5 providers and two locations in Fayetteville and Spring Lake, NC. We are recruiting a Pediatric Advanced Practice Provider to join our provider team. The qualified candidate must be committed to compassionate, high-quality, community-based healthcare and building long-term relationships with parents, children, and staff based on trust.

      This position is full-time, 4.5 days per week. The hours are 8 am- 4:30 pm Monday – Thursday and 8-12 on Fridays. Our providers work in a well-supported office environment to provide preventive, acute, and chronic care to children aged 0-18. Our APPs usually see 18 patients per day in a combination of sick and well visits. Call is rotated among the providers on a weekly basis. The call consists of answering patient questions and being available for any urgent lab results by phone only. No inpatient call is required. The preferred candidate will be a board certified PNP or PA-C.

      You will work in the primary care setting treating acute illness and performing well-visits. The clinic is staffed by Dr. Ana Hodges, a pediatrician with over 30 years’ experience, who will provide personal pediatrics training on the job when you join their practice.
